With a playoff win on the line, Barbe rose to the challenge on Friday. They came out on top against the West Monroe Rebels by a score of 42-35. Winning may never get old, but the Buccaneers sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Jelandon Gray continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 81 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 112 yards and one TD.

Barbe's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for West Monroe, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-4 record this season.

Barbe will face off against Neville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. West Monroe does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
