Cordova won the last time they faced Fultondale and things went their way  on Thursday too. The Cordova Blue Devils put the hurt on the Fultondale Wildcats with a sharp  13-2 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Blue Devils.

 On the hitting side,  Jackson Stacks was  incredible,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in all five of his plate appearances. Those  three  runs gave  him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tyden Ledbetter, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 Cordova  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .525. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fultondale only posted  an  OBP of  .346.
The  win  got Cordova back to even at 9-9. As for Fultondale, their defeat was  their fourth straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 7-10.
 Coming up, Cordova will head out to  square off against Sumiton Christian  at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday. As for Fultondale,  a feisty cat fight will be fought as Fultondale Wildcats  face off against  Fairfield Tigers at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday.
