Mountain View took their contest at home on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 66-38 win over Clint. Mountain View pushed the score to 54-27 by the end of the third, a deficit Clint had little chance of recovering from.
Matthew Slosar had a dynamite game for Mountain View, scoring 17 points along with five rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Slosar has scored all season. Chris Mendoza was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with four steals.
Mountain View has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-18 record this season. As for Clint, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-19.
Mountain View will be playing in front of their home fans against Immanuel Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Mountain View's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three matches. As for Clint, they will head out on the road to take on San Elizario at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
