Vinnie Mistretta turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Tuesday. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also allowed no hits, which is notable because Calvary Academy is 2-1 when he allows at most two hits, but 0-4 otherwise.
