NSCAA/MaxPreps High School Players of the Week Announced
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Oct. 12, 2016) - The National Soccer Coaches Association of America and MaxPreps announced today the 32 boys and 23 girls who have been named the NSCAA/MaxPreps High School State Players of the Week for their on-field efforts October 3 October 9.
The NSCAA uses results and statistics provided by MaxPreps.com to select one boy and one girl honoree from each participating state competing during the fall high school season.
Coaches wanting to nominate their players must submit statistics to MaxPreps.com in order for their athletes to be considered; nomination instructions can be found below. Winners receive a MaxPreps/NSCAA branded letterman's patch and recognition on both MaxPreps.com and NSCAA.com.
Nominations are due every Sunday by at 11:59 p.m. ET each week to be considered.

The
MaxPreps/NSCAA High School Player of the Week Program is a partnership
between the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and
CBS MaxPreps, Inc. Each week MaxPreps and the NSCAA recognize deserving
student-athletes at the high school level who have demonstrated
outstanding play on the field throughout the week of competition.
Coaches must submit statistics to MaxPreps.com in order for their
athletes to be considered for the program.
