Football Recap: Hart Piles Up the Points Against Valencia

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hart). They claimed a resounding 27-0 win over the Valencia Vikings. The Hawks haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

A big part of Hart's win came down to the chemistry between Hannah Cook and her top target Natalie Williams. Cook threw for 263 yards and four TDs while Williams picked up 85 receiving yards and a pair of scores. What's more, Williams posted two receiving touchdowns, the most she's had since back in September of 2024.

Hart didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Genesis Bray, Iley Mitchell, and Brooklyn Frattali picked up one apiece.

Hart's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Valencia, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Hart will take on Channel Islands at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Valencia, they will host Canyon at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
