Sheridan Hills Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Analiese Toro, who scored seven points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Those four steals set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Elizabeth Spee, who scored four points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
Don Soffer Aventura's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Liana Kozko led the charge by scoring 12 points. The match was Kozko's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniella Brown, who scored eight points.
