Keystone Oaks got their first taste of in-conference action on Monday and they started things off strong. They came out on top against the McGuffey Highlanders by a score of 7-3. That's more bragging rights for the Golden Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Ethan Shartle was excellent, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4. Roman Keaney was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

With the win, Keystone Oaks broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-3. As for McGuffey, they now have a losing record of 2-3-1.

Keystone Oaks will have a chance to go back-to-back against McGuffey: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
