Madelyn Kennett made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. Kennett was even better at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 1.2 stolen bases per game.
In other batting news, Jamison Ewers was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Emmalyn Wolfe, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
Meanwhile, Northview came up short against Cascade on Wednesday, falling 11-1.
