The Vista Ridge Rangers won the last time they faced the Saginaw Rough Riders, and things went their way on Friday too. Couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up 2023 than the 65-20 stomp they got on the road against Saginaw. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 36-7.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Saginaw struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only two offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Vista Ridge has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Saginaw, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.
Vista Ridge is on the road again on Friday and play against Huntington at 4:30 p.m. on December 29th. Huntington will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak. Saginaw and Red Oak will round out the year against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Friday at. Red Oak has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 192 points over their last three contests.
