Jemez Valley had to endure a 14-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Monte Del Sol Charter Dragons by a score of 48-41 on Wednesday. The Warrior's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Monte Del Sol Charter lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Devin Moore, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 17 boards. That's the most rebounds Moore has posted since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Marcos Urioste, who posted ten points and eight boards.

Jemez Valley's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-12. As for Monte Del Sol Charter, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
