The Indian Springs COYOTES will be playing at home against the Pacific Pirates at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Indian Springs focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 29 on Tuesday.
Indian Springs scored the most points they've had all season to find success. They walked away with an 85-74 victory over San Bernardino. The victory was some much needed relief for Indian Springs as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Indian Springs had a senior duo take command as Jordan Culberson dropped a double-double on 31 points and 22 rebounds and A'dorian Cherry went 7 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 31 points and 8 assists. That makes it six consecutive games in which Culberson has scored at least 25% of Indian Springs' points. Zachai Jacobs was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Pacific's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by Ramona 60-28.
Indian Springs' win bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Pacific, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
Everything came up roses for Indian Springs against Pacific in their previous matchup back in January as the team secured a 81-50 victory. Will Indian Springs repeat their success, or does Pacific have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
