The Northwestern Warriors are taking a road trip to take on the Benjamin Logan Raiders at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Northwestern has struggled recently with four defeats in a row, while Benjamin Logan will arrive with four straight wins.
Northwestern managed to slip by London the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Warriors came up short against the Red Raiders on Friday, falling 13-3.

Reid Smith and Logan Errett did some serious damage despite the final result: Smith went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI, while Errett went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI. Northwestern is 2-1 when Errett posts three or more hits, but 1-8 otherwise.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Benjamin Logan). They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over Tecumseh on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Raiders have posted against the Arrows since April 13, 2021.
Cayden Brown was incredible, going 3-for-4 with five RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Carrick Spriggs, who went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
Benjamin Logan hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least three batters in five consecutive matchups.
Benjamin Logan's record now sits at 9-5. As for Northwestern, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.
Northwestern couldn't quite get it done against Benjamin Logan when the teams last played back in April of 2025 as they fell 6-3. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
