South Stanly fell to West Stanly 54-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
East Montgomery made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,273 from 11,608. The improvement came about via a 34-6 victory over the Eagles last week.
Albemarle's dynamic duo of Bryan Blanton and Timmie White proved to be unstoppable against Central Cabarrus, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Blanton threw for 323 yards and 4 touchdowns and White had 201 yards receiving.

Caleb Drake was the most successful running back in 1A Conference 6 this week. In 20 carries, he ran for 82 yards as West Montgomery fell to the Vikings. Suave Pegues also contributed to the rushing game with 54 yards on the ground.
White was the best receiver in the league this week as the Bulldogs fell to Central Cabarrus.
Albemarle's Blanton and White have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Blanton has thrown for 387 yards this season, while White, a 5-foot-10 receiver, has 6 catches for 201 yards. The Warriors' Drake leads the league in rushing yards with 209.
