Emrick Hays Turns in Season-Best Performance
Emrick Hays produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Garden Plain to the win on Friday. Hays rushed for 211 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (107.8). Those 211 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
The victory was the third in a row for Garden Plain, bringing their record for this year to 4-2. Hays and Garden Plain are taking a road trip to square off against Douglass at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Braxx Farr posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 116 yards and a touchdown. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack, forced a fumble, and made four total tackles (3.0 for loss).
