The Corinth Warriors's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They fell just short of Lafayette by a score of 50-47. If Corinth was looking for revenge after losing 56-54 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Despite the loss, Corinth still got an impressive performance from Kylon Fields, who scored 18 points along with five rebounds and four steals. It was the first time this season that Fields scored 15 or more points. Griffen Enis was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Corinth has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season. As for Lafayette, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-13.
Corinth does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lafayette also has no future games currently scheduled.
