Cason Hagerman posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. He struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Hagerman and Canyon View will be playing at home against Thurston at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Hagerman's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped Canyon View's four-game streak of wins at home.
