Kearny will square off against Dickinson at 7:00 PM on Friday. Kearny are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.
After having lost a blowout in their contest three weeks ago against Bayonne, Kearny were happy to find some success the last time the two teams met. Kearny walked away with a 33-22 win over Dickinson. The victory was some much needed relief for Kearny as it spelled the end of their four-game losing streak.
Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought matchup, but Dickinson had to settle for a 22-33 loss against Kearny. Dickinson were down by 6-33 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Kearny's win lifted them to 2-5 while Dickinson's defeat dropped them down to 1-6. We'll see if Kearny's success rolls on or if Dickinson are able to steal their positive momentum.
