The team  relied heavily on  Braden Christlieb, who  got on base  in all three of his plate appearances with two  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI. That  triple was  his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tommy O'Connor, who  went 1-for-3 with one  home run and three  RBI.

 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carroll will venture away from home to  square off against Fort Wayne Snider  at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  victory, something the Chargers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Norwell, they will challenge Delta at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1  runs per game  this season, so the Knights' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
