This season hasn't been kind to the Yukon Millers, who are still winless after their fourth match. They took a 64-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of Life Prep. While losing is never fun, Yukon can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 251st in Oklahoma, while Life Prep is ranked third in Kansas).
Life Prep's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Arthur Videira, who scored 15 points along with 8 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Laterro Young, who scored 14 points.
Yukon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Life Prep, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
Yukon's road trip will continue as they head out to face Westmoore at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th. As for Life Prep, they will take on Weatherford at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.
