Given their disadvantage in the MaxPreps state rankings, Snyder should expect quite the challenge on Saturday. They take on West Essex at 1:00 PM. Snyder are limping into the game on a three-game losing streak.
Snyder came within a touchdown against Caldwell last Saturday, but wound up with a 22-29 loss.
Meanwhile, everything went West Essex's way against Central as they made off with a 34-0 win. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 27-0.
West Essex's victory lifted them to 2-0 while Snyder's defeat dropped them down to 0-3. The West Essex defense got after the quarterback against Central to the tune of 6 sacks, so Snyder's offensive line better have put in some good practice this past week in preparation for the contest.
