The Jenison Wildcats's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their 12th straight  defeat. They fell to Caledonia  52-46. Jenison has struggled against Caledonia recently, as their  contest on Friday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
  Laul Abiel had an outrageously good game for Caledonia as he  scored 12 points along with seven  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jaiden Googins, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on nine points and ten  rebounds.
 Jenison's loss was  their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Caledonia,  the  victory  got them back to even at 9-9.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jenison will take on West Ottawa at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Caledonia, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Grand Haven at 7:00  p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked  in Michigan (Grand Haven is ranked 96th, while Caledonia is ranked 112th).
