Hillsborough was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They fell  3-1 to the Lennard Longhorns. The Terriers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Longhorns apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in October of 2020.
 Hillsborough started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-21, 25-19,  25-18.
Hillsborough's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Lennard, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.
 Hillsborough wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  3-0  defeat against Robinson on the 30th. As for Lennard, they will face off against Wharton at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday.
