Blackstone Valley RVT extended the longest winning streak in Vocational this week by beating Assabet Valley RVT, 34-12. The victory was the eighth in a row for the team.
Worcester Tech took down Keefe Tech 42-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Montachusett RVT's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bulldogs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Andrew Webb has thrown for 274 yards and four touchdowns this season, while Cody Husselbee has 11 catches for 151 yards. Tarsiah Murphy leads the league in rushing with 637 yards.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Bay Path RVT takes on Blackstone Valley RVT. The Minutemen have allowed 68 points this season, while Glenn Arnold 's team has given up 82.
Montachusett RVT made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 13,093 from 13,210. The improvement came about via a 43-20 victory over Quaboag Regional last week.
