The Fieldston Eagles had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They strolled past Poly Prep Country Day with points to spare, taking the game 55-36.
Jade ling Eng-stewart continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 27 points. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Sarah Weinick was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Fieldston pushed their record up to 13-2 with that victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Poly Prep Country Day, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Fieldston will head out on the road to square off against Riverdale Country at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Poly Prep Country Day, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Columbia Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
