 Meanwhile, General McLane was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight  loss. They lost  12-0 to Meadville. Having soared to a lofty ten  runs in the game before, General McLane's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
 Fairview dropped their record down to 8-8 with that  defeat, which was their fifth straight  at home. As for General McLane, their loss dropped their record down to 3-16.
 Fairview's speedy runners might be the difference in Thursday's   matchup. Fairview has been swiping bases left and right this season,  having  averaged 5.3  stolen bases per game. It's a different story for General McLane, though, as  they've been averaging  only 1.1. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Fairview continue to outrun the ball?

Thankfully for Fairview,  Bailey Cannon (who   didn't allow a single  earned run and  only one  hit while striking out 15 over seven innings pitched) won't be suiting up this time.
