Whitehaven put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 9-5 victory over the Southwind Jaguars. Those nine runs were actually the fewest the Tigers have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Whitehaven's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Southwind, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Whitehaven didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-11 victory against Cordova on the 31st. As for Southwind, they will be playing at home against Memphis Central at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Jaguars' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 8.8 runs per game this season.
