Having just played yesterday, the Victory Charter Vipers will get right back to it and host the Camas County Mushers at 6:30 p.m. on February 7th. Victory Charter will be looking to keep their 13-game home win streak (dating back to last season) alive.
On Tuesday, Victory Charter didn't have too much trouble with Vision at home as they won 59-41.
Meanwhile, Camas County put the finishing touches on their ninth blowout victory of the season on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Dietrich 80-53 at home. Winning may never get old, but Camas County sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Camas County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Emmett Palan led the charge by dropping a double-double on 26 points and 13 rebounds. Palan hasn't dropped below 23 points for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Troy Smith, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds.
Victory Charter has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Camas County, their win bumped their record up to 16-2.
Victory Charter didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Camas County in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, but they still walked away with a 59-54 win. Will Victory Charter repeat their success, or does Camas County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
