It was a good run, but Marlow unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Bartlesville Bruins by a score of 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Outlaws have suffered since March 5, 2024.

Marlow's loss dropped their record down to 13-3. As for Bartlesville, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season.

Marlow will look to defend their home field on Monday against Davis at 5:00 p.m. The Outlaws will need to watch out since the Wolves have now posted at least ten runs in their last four contests. As for Bartlesville, they are taking a road trip to face off against Stillwater at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Pioneers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Bruins' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
