Eastern's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Madisyn Butts, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine steals. Butts is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed four or more in the last nine games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Lanaia Martin, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten boards.
Eastern was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
