Winter Park came into Tuesday's contest looking for another win against Lake Brantley, but Andres Pacheco wouldn't allow it. The Patriots walked away with a 3-1 win over the Wildcats on Tuesday thanks in part to Pacheco, who had 22 digs. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games he's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 20-25, 25-23, 25-19.

Leading Lake Brantley to victory were Kaliel Caraballo and Luis Marrero. Caraballo had 26 assists, while Marrero had 26 kills and 12 digs. That's the most digs Marrero has posted since back in March of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Winter Park lost, don't look at Nicholas Baker. Despite the final result, he had 19 digs.

Lake Brantley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season. As for Winter Park, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-5.

Lake Brantley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Academy of Central Florida National on the 23rd. As for Winter Park, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against East River on the 23rd.
