After having lost a blowout to Villanova Prep in their previous contest, Desert were happy to find some success on Friday. Desert were able to grind out a solid win over Kings Christian, winning 28-17. Kings Christian can consider this payback for the 26-34 defeat they dealt Desert the last time the teams encountered one another. The matchup pushed Kings Christian down to 1-2 and pulled Desert up to the reverse at 2-1.
Desert will stay at home next week against Mojave at 7:00 PM. As for Kings Christian, they will face off against Fresno Christian.
