Chatham's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They never let the Nelson County Governors get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Cavaliers not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since March 18th (when they won 18-2).

Chatham's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Nelson County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.

Chatham will head out to take on Bassett at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bengals' pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so the Cavaliers' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Nelson County, they will be playing at home against Stuarts Draft at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Governors surely won't give up without a fight.
