Compton Early College waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Centennial Apaches with a sharp 21-6 victory. The Rising Phoenix might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by ten runs or more this season.

Compton Early College now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Centennial, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Compton Early College does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Centennial, they will challenge Inglewood at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Sentinels have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.6 runs per game on average), something the Apaches will no doubt try to take advantage of.
