For the first time this season, Northampton will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will head out on the road to  square off against  the Nandua Warriors  at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Northampton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.7  goals per game  this season.
Northampton came into their game  on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost  6-1 to Kempsville. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Northampton were already down  4-1.
Their goal came courtesy  of  Martin Montalvo, which was the first he's scored this season.
 Meanwhile,  after failing to score in their last  contest, Nandua made sure to put some  goals up on the board against Windsor  on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Dukes with a sharp  7-0 win. The result was nothing new for Nandua, who have now won three games by six  goals or more  so far this season.
 Nandua's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Northampton, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2-1.
 Everything went Northampton's way against Nandua in their previous matchup  back in May of 2024, as Northampton made off with  a  3-0 win. Will the Yellowjackets repeat their success,  or do  the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
