Allison Cure made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April of 2024. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs.
