Cumberland Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight  defeat  dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Gloucester County Christian Conquerors 50-7. The Crusaders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  35-3.
 Gloucester County Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Sam Bishop, who  posted 14 points in addition to six  assists and five  steals. What's more,  Bishop also racked up two  rebounds, the most he's  had since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was  JD Greenwood, who  made all 6  shots he took racking up 13  points.
Cumberland Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Gloucester County Christian, their record is now 5-13.
