The Prairie View Academy Spartans scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 79-65 victory over Franklin Academy. The win was a breath of fresh air for Prairie View Academy as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Prairie View Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Abram Anthony, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds. Anthony is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Tullos, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and five assists.
Prairie View Academy's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Franklin Academy, they bumped their record down to 2-4 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
