The Red Bank Lions stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They breezed by Ooltewah at home to the tune of 84-48. Given Red Bank's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Owls are ranked 345th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Red Bank got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kendrick Lloyd out in front who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 15 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Lloyd has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Anthony Bonner, who scored 24 points along with four steals.
Red Bank's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-6. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 84.5 points per game. As for Ooltewah, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.
