Emerson Waldorf's loss came despite strong showings from Samuel Trueblood and Lawson Mentz. Trueblood posted 16 points, while Mentz earned 12 points. Trueblood's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Raul Alberto Soberon, who had five points.
Carolina Friends' win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-5. As for Emerson Waldorf, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

As for Emerson Waldorf, they will host Bradford Academy at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
