It was another big night for Ashton Thomas, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Toronto's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Michelle Anderson, who scored 14 points.
Toronto's victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Madonna, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
Toronto's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Newcomerstown at 6:00 p.m. on January 11th. As for Madonna, they will head out on the road to face off against Edison at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Edison will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 665th in Ohio, while Madonna is ranked 99th in West Virginia).
