Baseball Recap: Sigourney Starts Season with Victory at Home

Sigourney took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. They never let the Pella Christian Eagles get on the board and left with a 19-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Savages, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Sigourney didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 12-3 win against Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont on the 22nd. As for Pella Christian, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Carlisle on the 23rd.
