Freeport extended their winning streak to 12 on Monday, bumping their season record up to 15-5 in the process. They put the hurt on the Guilford Vikings with a sharp 20-4 win. The Pretzels might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 contests by six runs or more this season.

As for Guilford, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. They have struggled against Freeport recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.
