Badin is 8-2 against Bishop Fenwick since May of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Rams will look to defend their home field against the Falcons at 5:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Badin has four straight victories, Bishop Fenwick has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Bishop Fenwick's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Wednesday: Badin hadn't allowed a single run the last four times they've hit the field. The Rams' pitchers stepped up to hand Carroll a 10-0 shutout on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won ten matches by ten runs or more so far this season.

Phebe Kiefer looked comfortable as she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
At the plate, Judy Harris was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Jessie Guiliano was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
Badin was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .520. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .300 or higher in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Bishop Fenwick fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Chaminade Julienne Catholic last Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 8-5 to the Eagles.
Von Bargen Hadley was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two doubles, and two RBI.
Badin pushed their record up to 11-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.0 runs on average over those games. As for Bishop Fenwick, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
Bishop Fenwick's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Badin hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .452. It's a different story for Bishop Fenwick, though, as they've only averaged .238. Will they be able to contain Badin's hitters?
Everything went Badin's way against Bishop Fenwick in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Badin made off with an 11-1 win. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Falcons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
