Las Lomas has gone a perfect 10-0 against Mt. Diablo recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Knights will square off against the Red Devils at 4:30 p.m. Las Lomas is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.3 runs per game this season.
Las Lomas barely beat Concord the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Knights put the hurt on the Bears with a sharp 18-2 win on Thursday. The Knights have beaten the Bears the last eight times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bears has come to flipping the script.

Lexie Kou was incredible, going 2-for-3 with five stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Those five stolen bases gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Andrew, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.
Las Lomas always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .722. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Mt. Diablo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against Berean Christian, falling 15-2.
Faith Sotelo was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI.
Mt. Diablo's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Las Lomas, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
Mt. Diablo's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Las Lomas has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.6 hits per game. It's a different story for Mt. Diablo, though, as they've been averaging 10.2 hits. Given Las Lomas' sizable advantage in that area, the Red Devils will need to find a way to close that gap.
Las Lomas got the 'W' when the teams last played back in May of 2025 against Mt. Diablo by a conclusive 11-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
