Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Peach County always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .783. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Westover only posted an OBP of .167.
Peach County pushed their record up to 16-2 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Westover, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
Peach County will play host again on Saturday to welcome Crisp County, where first pitch is scheduled at 11:00 a.m. As for Westover, they will venture away from home to take on Bainbridge at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
