The Psalms Christian Academy Ambassadors made easy work of the Acadiana Rams on Thursday and carried off a 12-1 victory. The Ambassadors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by ten runs or more this season.
Nataleigh Jones was incredible, firing off two home runs, six RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Lexi Powell, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Psalms Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. This is the second loss in a row for Acadiana and nudges their season record down to 10-7.
