Kennett faced Thayer in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Indians never let the Bobcats get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. Considering the Indians have won 13 contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Kennett's victory bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Thayer, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-2.

Looking ahead, Kennett will head out to challenge Doniphan at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Thayer, they will challenge Mountain Grove at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bobcats will need to watch out since the Panthers have now posted at least ten runs in their last three matchups.
