The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Redlands East Valley has seven straight wins, Cajon has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Ivens has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Darrell Green, who scored 21 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Cajon ended up a good deal behind Beaumont on Wednesday and lost 56-40. Cajon has struggled against Beaumont recently, as their game on Wednesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Redlands East Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Cajon, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season.
Redlands East Valley was able to grind out a solid win over Cajon in their previous meeting on January 3rd, winning 69-62. The rematch might be a little tougher for Redlands East Valley since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
