Kennedy had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Argo Argonauts 10-3. This was payback for the Crusaders, who suffered a 9-6 loss the last time these two teams met.

Diego Alvarez was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in stolen bases. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Estreda, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

Kennedy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .553. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Argo only posted an OBP of .267.

Coming up, Kennedy will host Leo at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Argo, they will head out on the road to challenge Stagg at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
